South Pacific Communication Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "SouthPaC") is a company specializing in telecommunication Engineering Services. It is supported by a core of seven (7) areas of expertise in switching system, transmission system, network planning, network operation and management, mobile network, IT / billing and value added services, network development and project management. The core management team has a combined 120 man-years of hands-on experience in telecommunication network planning, development, operation and management. - Civil Engineering Services in the form of Site Planning, Site Survey, Site Preparation and Equipment Layout Plan
- Equipment Installation, Testing and Commissioning
- Complete Operation and Maintenance Support, Training, Network Optimization and Audits

- 2001- Appointed as Ericsson Accredited Services provider (ASP)
- 2001 – Appointed by NEC as Authorized Engineering Services Provider
- 2002 – Registered as Authorized Engineering Services provider by Celcom (M) Bhd.
- 2002- Entrusted to provide engineering services for core network by Ericsson (M) Sdn. Bhd.
- 2003 - Appointed by Ericsson (Bangladesh) as their ASP.
- 2004– Registered as Authorized Engineering Services Provider by Maxis Communication
